Here, you should include information on the facilities your hotel offers.
It is advisable to start with information on the complex, such as:
- Conference rooms (amount, equipment, size)
- Internet access (wireless access at the reception desk is a minimum)
- Pools, jacuzzi, spa, or saunas
- Hairdressers / Beauty salons
- Parking lots (size, security)
- Catering / Bars
- Tennis courts and sports fields
- Children's playgrounds
Later on you should include information on the services offered, such as:
- Currency exchange
- Car rentals
- Deposit safes
- Optional tours
- Transport from airport, port, or railway station
- Board
- International telephone connections
The list should be established for every complex individually.
